Privacy Policy

Effective April 22, 2026

Overview

StriveSix ("we," "us," or "our") operates strivesix.com. This policy describes what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how it is stored, and your rights in relation to it. We keep this simple because that is what honest data practice looks like.

Our website and all associated infrastructure are hosted in the United States. By using this site you acknowledge that data may be processed in the US in accordance with this policy.

Information We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to run this site and respond to genuine business inquiries.

Information you provide directly. When you submit a form on this site — whether to request an AI Visibility Audit, book a call, or get in touch — you provide your email address and any other details you include in the message. We use that information solely to respond to your request and, where relevant, to follow up on the service you enquired about.

Usage data. Our CDN provider (Cloudflare) collects aggregated, anonymised analytics such as page views, browser type, and general geographic region. This data contains no personally identifiable information and cannot be linked back to you as an individual. We use it to understand how the site performs and where to improve.

Technical data. Standard server logs may record IP addresses, timestamps, and referring URLs. These are used for security, debugging, and abuse prevention, and are not used for profiling or advertising.

How We Use Your Data

We use the information we collect to respond to enquiries, schedule consultations, deliver the services you request, improve site performance, and meet legal obligations. We do not use your data for advertising, retargeting, or automated profiling. We do not build marketing lists from form submissions without explicit consent.

Legal Basis for Processing

Where applicable under data protection law, we process your personal data on the following bases:

For any processing that falls outside these bases, we will ask for your explicit consent.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.

Cookies

This site does not use first-party cookies for tracking or advertising. Third-party services integrated into the site (Cloudflare, Google Fonts, Calendly, Formspree) may set their own cookies in accordance with their respective privacy policies. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings, though doing so may affect how certain parts of the site function.

Data Retention

Form submissions are retained in Formspree for as long as necessary to complete the enquiry and follow-on communications, and deleted upon request. Server and analytics logs are retained for no longer than 90 days. If you become a client, any data related to your engagement is retained for the duration of the relationship and for a reasonable period after, in line with standard business and accounting requirements.

Data Security

All data transmitted to and from strivesix.com is encrypted in transit via HTTPS. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request its correction or deletion, object to or restrict certain processing, and request data portability. If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, these rights are provided under GDPR or UK GDPR. California residents may also have rights under the CCPA.
